Charles Grant Bell and Cameron Reese Bell Charles Grant Bell was born the son of Charles and Barbara (Prince) Bell on Tuesday, March 13, 1956 in Portland, Oregon. Cameron Reese Bell was born the son of Charles and Andrea Bell on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 in Portland, Oregon. Grant (Charles) was a kind man and loving man who loved his children. He grew up in the Portland area and joined the Army in 1977. He later earned an Associates in Machine Shop Technology. He was a NASCAR enthusiast; his favorite driver was Tony Stewart. He also liked NFL football and became a huge Cowboys fan while living in Texas. Curious by nature, his other favorite pastime was watching History Channel programs. Cameron was an extremely intelligent boy who loved to read. He had a good sense of humor, loved to sing, and was frequently telling jokes. He was interested in space and anything Star Wars. While living in Texas, he and his father experienced a wonderful flight in a Cessna together. Grant (Charles) and Cameron were preceded by the passing of their mother-grandmother Barbara Bell, son-brother Corey Bell, and wife-mother Andrea Bell. They are survived by parents, grandparents Chuck and Jan Bell of Newberg, brother-uncle Jerry Bell and wife Angie of Tigard, sisters-aunts Cindy Dale and husband Bill of Hillsboro; Vicki Baker and husband Mark of Gladstone; daughter-sister Crystal Bell of Beaverton; son-brother Nick Morris of Gresham; grandmother-great-grandmother Audrey V. Lien of Newberg; grandsons Tyler Tichner and Elliot La Montagne; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Their Memorial Service will be Saturday, March 12, at 1:00 PM in the West Chehalem Friends Church, 16700 NE North Valley Road, Newberg. It will be followed promptly by a light lunch in the church’s multipurpose room. Chapel Viewing and Visitation hours are Saturday, March 5, 10-5:30 pm, Monday, March 7 to Thursday March 10, from 10-5:30 pm and Friday, March 11, 9-2:00 pm at Attrell’s Newberg Funeral Chapel. Arrangements are in the care of Newberg Funeral Chapel, a Golden Rule Funeral Home.
