Justin Michael Munroe

July 30, 1976 - January 30, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Justin Michael Munroe, aged 45, of Newberg, Oregon. Justin passed away at home with his family on Sunday, January 30th, 2022, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Justin was born to Del and Nicola Munroe on July 30th, 1976 in Newberg Oregon. He was preceded in death by his grand parents, Archie and Anita Munroe, and John and Elizabeth Griffiths. Justin's biggest passion in life was music. He played saxophone through Junior High and High School. After High School, Justin taught himself keyboard, and began mixing and creating his own music. He went on to pursue his love of music by bringing his art to the clubs of Portland and beyond. When Justin wasn't sharing his profound love of music with others he liked spending time with friends and family, relaxing with his cats Mia and Achilles, going on outdoor adventures, and perfecting his musical creations. Justin was a was a cherished son to his parents, Del and Nicky; a beloved brother to his siblings Sean, Heather, and Kyle; and a loving Uncle to his five nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by his entire family and his community of friends.
