Elizabeth “Betty” Josephine Carlgren September 25, 1945-October 17, 2017 Betty was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and “second mom” to all who knew her. She was the daughter of Frank and Adelaide Peterkort of Beaverton, Oregon. Betty graduated from Sunset High School in 1963. She was a registered nurse and loved to help people. She loved the Oregon Coast, shopping, and her family. Betty will be greatly missed by her children Ursula, Daniel (Katherine), and Christopher (Melissa), six grandchildren Brittany (Justin), Cassidy, Kenny, Stephen, Carson, and Kellan, siblings John, Robert (Gwen), and Carol (Richard) Peterkort, relatives, and friends. There will be a celebration of life around Christmas, Betty’s favorite time of year. Date and time will be announced.
