Daniel George Davey Daniel George Davey was born the son of Fred and Dorothy (Webb) Davey on Tuesday, January 15, 1957 in Seattle, Washington. Danny grew up in Newberg, attending Ewing young Grade School, graduating from Newberg High School. He took some college classes at Portland Community College after high school. Danny worked mostly as an Oregonian Carrier and currently worked at Suntron. On January 16, 1988 he married Orlena Eddy. On his time off he enjoyed fishing, reading and also working on his computer. On Tuesday, February 15, 2011, Daniel George Davey died at a Portland Hospital when he was fifty-four years, one month and zero days of age. Surviving and left to honor his life are: His wife Orlena of Newberg; his mother Dorothy Tarpley of Newberg; two sons, Jon Davey of Jefferson and Mike Brooks of McMinnville; his daughter, Lori Phillips of Salem; four brothers, Fred Davey of Newberg, Joseph Foster of Newberg, Roland Davey of Newberg, and David Davey of Salem; two sisters, Susan Riggs of Spokane, WA, and Jorjina Vinson of Astoria; his Aunt, Doris King of Portland; nine grandchildren and those who have come to know and appreciate him where he has lived and worked.
